- What inspired you to open your club, and how did you first break into nightlife?
I got tired of being the underdog. Got tired of making money for other people. So when the opportunity presented itself, I thought, why not?!
Back then it was one-off events like Fluxx, DRIP CITY, my Sunday party, NLT (Nights Like This). But now it’s full-blown nightlife magic, and I’m the one calling the shots, literally.
2. You’re known as a king player in Abuja’s lifestyle scene. How did you earn that?
Consistency. Class. Confidence.
Abuja respects people who deliver every single time. Even if you follow trends, coz everyone does, you also need to be a trend setter as well.
I didn’t just throw parties, I built experiences.
The city knows when I move, something special is happening. You can’t fake that energy, you have got to live it and be it.
- If you could throw a party anywhere in the world, where would it be?
A rooftop in Tokyo. I mean, the real Tokyo in Japan. Neon lights, sky-high energy, and futuristic fashion.
Of course with my team, my friends and clients there to experience it all.
Just imagine an Afrobeat x Techno/EDM fusion party with the skyline glowing behind us.
Yeah, that would be EPIC!
